Location: Frankfurt region
Start: 03.06.2024 or by agreement with the customer
Duration: 4 months with option to extend
Workload: 60-70 % (approx. 4 days / week)
Remote share: approx. 2 days remote
On-site share: 2 days, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays


Background to the task:

Our client is a manufacturer of household goods (kitchen and household appliances). The client is looking for a Social Media / Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the overall digital marketing and communications strategy for four of the client's brands with a focus on social & influencer marketing and CRM. The focus is to bring the best out of the digital activities full funnel and over all touchpoints with a clear focus on defining and measuring the right KPIs with the goal of continuous optimization.


Tasks:
·Leading the social & influencer agency and partially the digital media agency
·Responsibility for the digital marketing & communication strategy of all / selected brands, all touchpoints and full-funnel approach based on the overall marketing strategy
·Responsibility for paid, owned and earned social media & influencer marketing all over: strategy, (editorial) planning, influencer management, campaign planning, community, evaluation and contact person for HQ Global Social Media team
·Administration of all social media channels DE with the support of the agency
·Definition of KPIs, evaluation, benchmarking and continuous measurement for all digital marketing activities to compare, reallocate and continuously improve results
·Development and execution of all CRM / marketing automation activities in collaboration with and as a contact person of the HQ marketing automation team
·Responsibility for the strategic distribution of assigned paid social media budget, contact person for the media agency for paid social strategy
·“Digital Buddy” and sparring partner for the brand teams, consultation on all digital marketing activities and strategic ownership
·Responsibility for planning and tracking of respective digital marketing A&P


Requirements:
Must Have:
·Experience as a Social Media / Digital Marketing Manager
·Seniority level: > 3-5 years of professional experience
·German native speaker
·Very good knowledge of English
·Willingness to work on site on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Nice to Have:
·Experience in the household goods sector
